The room is located at the back of the building, where there is also a parking lot. It is designed for 1 or two people. It is located on the ground floor. You will find in it a refrigerator and a water heater. The apartment has two standard beds. The room has a separate bathroom with toilet and shower. It is equipped with central heating and air conditioning device. In case of a longer stay, we also allow you to wash and dry your laundry in our laundry. The apartment has IP TV with hundreds of programs and WiFi. IP TV also allows you to watch movies from the Internet such as Netflix, YouTube, PrimeTV, ..

Smoking is strictly forbidden. If you smoke in the room, you will be fined € 500!
