This studio is designed for 1, 2 or 3 people. It is located on the first floor. You will find in it a small kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and oven. The apartment has one queen bed and one standard bed. The studio has a small work area with a computer desk. The apartment has a separate bathroom with toilet, wasing and drying machine and a shower. Studio is equipped with air conditioning device and central heating. The apartment has an IP TV with hundreds of programs, WiFi and fix internet. IP TV also allows you to watch movies from the Internet such as Netflix, Youtube, Prime Video, ..

Smoking is strictly forbidden. If you smoke in the apartment, you will be fined € 500
